Covid 19 Guidelines
PLEASE NOTE: On the instruction of the Environmental Health Officer our complimentary tea/coffee service is no longer available.
Guest and staff member health and safety are of paramount importance to us. For that reason we have implemented a range of protocols to protect guests and staff members
against the risks associated with Covid 19. These are detailed as follows:
- Rooms are cleaned, sanitised, sealed and left unoccupied prior to guest arrival.
- A complimentary guest amenity bag is provided in each room.
- Physical distancing and hand sanitising procedures are in place throughout all public areas of the Hotel.
- Public areas and facilities, contact points especially, are continuously cleaned and sanitised throughout each day.
- All dining and bar areas are cleaned and sanitised daily with continuous attention to contact points.
- Staff members wear PPE for protection including face masks, visors, gloves and aprons.
- Staff members are temperature checked prior to each work period.
In addition to the above guests’ attention is drawn to the following:
- Guests will have exclusive access to their rooms during their stay.
- Housekeeping will be suspended for the duration of the stay with the exception of towel exchange and, where requested, replenishment of bathroom requisites.
- Breakfast time to be pre-booked at time of check-in.
- It is advisable that evening dinner, where required, be pre-booked prior to day of arrival.
